  • 2 1/23 pound Beef Brisket (Flat Cut)
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Red apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 3 slices Swiss Cheese (cut into quarters)
  • 12 Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Rinse the beef brisket under cold water. Place it fat side up in the Instant Pot and sprinkle with the seasoning packet. Add 1 cup of cold water and secure the lid.
  2. Cook on high pressure for 80 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together yellow mustard, prepared horseradish, red apple vinegar, and molasses in a bowl for the glaze.
  4. After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining steam. Carefully remove the brisket and baste it with the glaze.
  5. Broil in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes, basting every five minutes until caramelized.
  6. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing beef on buns with Swiss cheese and extra glaze if desired.
