  • 2 cups mini salted pretzels
  • 6 tablespoons melted salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/41 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon, plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups, plus 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • cocoa powder, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8 or 9-inch tart pan.
  2. In a food processor, pulse pretzels, melted butter, and brown sugar until fine crumbs form. Press firmly into the bottom of the tart pan and bake for about 8 minutes until golden.
  3. Melt chopped chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave in intervals until smooth. Spread evenly onto the crust and chill in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and gradually add heavy cream while whipping until light and fluffy. Spoon filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Whip remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form; spread on top before serving.
