  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp strawberry extract
  • 2 tsp pink food coloring
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.

  4. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and both extracts until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan, then pour over the cheesecake layer evenly. Drop spoonfuls of remaining cookie dough on top.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown on top. Allow cooling before cutting into squares.
