  • 8 oz bite-sized pasta (fusilli or lumaconi)
  • 15 to 18 spears asparagus
  • 1 cup well-seasoned beef steak (cooked and sliced thinly)
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon (chopped)
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Strain and cool under cold water.
  2. Chop the asparagus into sections and steam for 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp. Allow to cool.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with the dressing mixture, then add Parmigiano Reggiano, turkey bacon, steak, and asparagus. Toss thoroughly.
  5. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
