  • 1 1/2 pound Ground beef
  • 1 Chipotle pepper (seeded and minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large rings pineapple
  • 8 slider buns
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 8 equal patties.
  4. Grill the pineapple rings for 2–3 minutes per side until charred.
  5. Toast the slider buns on the grill until lightly golden.
  6. Grill the patties for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun and topping with grilled pineapple and chipotle mayo.
