- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 oz. box berry blue Jell-O
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 oz. box raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare your freezer for the springform pan.
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of the springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add lemon zest, lemon juice, then fold in thawed whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Dissolve each Jell-O flavor in boiling water separately; layer them over the cream cheese mixture in sequence, refrigerating between additions.
- Decorate with whipped topping and festive sprinkles once set.
