- 1 tsp sea salt (divided)
- 4 tbsp olive oil (divided)
- 2 oranges (peeled and segmented)
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 small fennel bulb (stalks removed, halved lengthwise, cored, and thinly sliced crosswise)
Instructions
