Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients on back of box)
- 12.8 oz hot fudge sauce
- 3.4 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 30 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the cake mix instructions. Prepare the cake batter as directed and pour it into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and 1 3/4 cups milk using an electric mixer until thickened. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Once the cake has cooled, spread hot fudge sauce over the top. Pour chilled pudding over the fudge layer and sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos on top.
- Spread thawed Cool Whip over the crushed Oreos and finish with remaining crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
