  • 1 cup celery (chopped)
  • 1/8 cup sweet pickles (drained, chopped)
  • 1 cup medium cheddar cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 2 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen peas according to package instructions. Allow them to cool for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked peas, cheddar cheese cubes, chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, sweet pickles, and crumbled turkey bacon. Mix well.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip and heavy cream until smooth.
