  • 3 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Boil salted water in a large pot and cook the pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
