  • 3/4 pound salmon fillets or steaks

  • 3 tablespoons softened butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Zest the lemon and lime; juice half of each. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of juice with cumin, garlic, and olive oil.
