- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar-free sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a food processor, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt. Add chilled butter and vanilla; pulse until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pie pan and bake for 9-10 minutes. Cool completely.
- For the filling, beat together powdered sweetener, peanut butter, and cream cheese until fluffy.
