Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour (or corn starch)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 3 tablespoons cooking apple vinegar (or broth)
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar
- Oil for cooking

Instructions
