Instructions
- Prepare aioli by mixing mayo, lemon juice, minced garlic, and basil in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and turkey sausage.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix gently until combined.
- Shape into patties and grill for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Add mozzarella during the last minute to melt.
- Butter buns and toast them on the grill.
- Assemble by spreading aioli on buns, adding the burger patty, topping with marinara sauce, and garnishing with fresh basil.
