Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 oz Andouille sausage, sliced into thick coins
  • 1 lb petite potatoes, red or gold
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into rounds
  • Olive oil
  • 12 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Bold Creole Seasoning
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Tony’s Supreme Crab Boil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Parboil the potatoes in salted water for 12-15 minutes until tender; add corn for the last 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Soak wooden skewers (if using), then thread shrimp, sausage, potato pieces, and corn onto each skewer.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. For garlic butter: melt unsalted butter, stir in crab boil seasoning and garlic, simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; cook skewers until shrimp is opaque while basting with garlic butter.
