  • ½ cup grated Pecorino Romano
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon capers, with juice
  • Preferred oil for grilling
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ cup filtered water
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • roasted garlic

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, blend tahini, water, lemon juice, salt, and roasted garlic until creamy; refrigerate.
  2. Toss garbanzo beans with salt, pepper, and sumac; grill until deep brown.
  3. Brush romaine hearts with oil; grill until charred.
