  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry and remove any tendons if necessary.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours).
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the marinated chicken tenders for about 3–4 minutes on each side until juices run clear.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
