- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 teaspoons Sriracha
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Preheat the grill to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika; mix until evenly coated.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
