- 1 scotch bonnet or habanero pepper diced
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with allspice, salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Heat vegetable oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down until golden brown (4-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
