- 1 large egg
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1–2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Squeeze moisture out of the grated zucchini using a cheesecloth or kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry zucchini with egg, Parmesan, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until dough-like.
- Heat garlic butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form patties from the mixture and cook each for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Assemble by placing shredded cheddar on one patty and topping with another patty. Cook an additional 3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice, serve warm, and enjoy!
