Instructions

  3. In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk in the eggs, lemon juice, and zest until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until no dry flour remains visible.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
