  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
