- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup whole milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and dry potatoes, prick with a fork, and bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 50-60 minutes until tender.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; crumble once cooled.
- Let baked potatoes cool slightly, then slice in half lengthwise and scoop out flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mix potato flesh with sour cream, milk, butter, crumbled turkey bacon, half of the cheddar cheese, and chives until smooth.
- Fill potato skins with the mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish with leftover chives before serving.
