  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of the filling diagonally across the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry the eggrolls seam side down in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving hot.
