  • 3 cans (4 oz each) tuna in water
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Seasoning salt
  • Sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow noodles in salted boiling water until al dente (about 15 minutes). Drain and rinse under cool water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped eggs, diced onion, and defrosted peas.
  3. Add cooled pasta to the bowl and mix gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, seasoning salt, sugar, and salt & pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir to coat thoroughly.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
