Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven broiler.
- Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/2 inch pieces.
