  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
  • 1 ripe pear (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and diced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)

  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce, garlic, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill diced pineapple on skewers over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
  3. Grill marinated chicken strips for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
