  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss until well-coated. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour any remaining marinade over everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
