- 6 oz. sweetened berry blue vegan gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 6 oz. Strawberry Jello
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by blending Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter before pressing into a 9 x 13-inch dish.
