Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray or liners.
  2. Toss chopped strawberries with ¼ cup all-purpose flour and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and combine it with applesauce, maple syrup, milk, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda, and salt with the wet ingredients.
