Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a bundt or tube pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
  4. Mix buttermilk with strawberry puree in a separate bowl.
  5. Alternately add dry ingredients and wet mixture into the creamed butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
