Ingredients
- 250 g de fraises
- 60 g de margarine
- 140 g de poudre d’amandes (ou d’amandes entières mixées)
- 200 g de farine T55
- 75 g de sucre
- 50 cL de lait de soja
- 30 g de fécule de maïs
- 3 g d’agar agar
- 1 poignée de sauge ananas fraîche (ou de verveine)
- 1 c. à café de vanille liquide
- 150 g de margarine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, almond powder, and sugar. Add margarine and mix until crumbly. Press the mixture into the tart pan evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat soy milk over medium heat until warm.
- In another bowl, mix corn starch with sugar and agar-agar. Gradually add the warm soy milk while whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add fresh pineapple sage leaves and continue cooking until thickened (about 5–7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly before pouring onto the cooled tart base.
- Once the cream has set on the tart base, slice fresh strawberries on top for decoration.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
