Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 bell peppers (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1 red onion (cut into 1 1/4 inch pieces)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the steak in a Zip-loc bag and pour in the marinade. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 3-6 hours.

- Cut vegetables into 1 1/4 inch pieces and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread marinated steak and vegetables onto soaked skewers.
