Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
