  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 medium smoky jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, jalapeños, breadcrumbs, eggs, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the prepared baking dish. Top with ketchup.

  5. While baking, mix ranch dressing with lime juice in a small bowl.
