  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Bagel crisps for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine 2 cups of whole milk ricotta, 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spread the creamy mixture on a serving platter.
