- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 T cumin
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ – ½ tsp red chili flakes
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ – 1 tsp sea salt
- ⅓ c tomato paste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except tomato paste in the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 4–6 hours or low for 6–8 hours until sweet potatoes are soft.
- Add tomato paste to thicken the chili and let sit before serving.
