  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces; toss with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Layer seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season chicken breasts and place them on top of the potatoes.
  4. Add minced garlic over the chicken and coat with sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until cooked through.
  6. In the last 30 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top to melt before serving.
