Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the sausage into rounds. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Chop the cabbage, slice the onion, and mince the garlic.
  2. Add the sliced sausage, diced potatoes, chopped cabbage, sliced onion, and minced garlic to your slow cooker.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil. Then season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and dried thyme.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, ensuring all ingredients are lightly covered.
  5. Cover your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender, cabbage is soft, and sausage is cooked through.
