- 1/2 cup coconut milk

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter, for cooking
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Sear beef until browned on all sides. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Transfer beef and sautéed vegetables to a slow cooker. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, coconut milk, tomato paste, and spices; mix well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
