Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef (or lamb/turkey)

- 2 medium Onions (minced)
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 6 medium Potatoes (cut into wedges)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 Cucumber (grated)
- Fresh Herbs (parsley, mint, coriander)
- Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic, onions, breadcrumbs, baking soda, mixed herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
