  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (divided)
  • 1 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 4 cups brewed coffee
  • 1 cup refrigerated coconut milk
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare serving glasses by dipping their rims in caramel sauce and then into toasted coconut.
  2. In each glass, add 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce followed by 1 cup of brewed coffee. Stir gently.
  3. Fill each glass with ice cubes and pour in the coconut milk until full. Stir again.
