Ingredients
- 1 head garlic
- 2 pounds red potatoes (washed and quartered)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut off the top of the garlic head and wrap it in foil with olive oil. Roast for about one hour until soft and golden.
