  • 8 medium carrots (1 lb), peeled and sliced into 2-inch sticks
  • 1 lb broccoli florets, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large-rimmed sheet pan, add the prepared carrots and broccoli in an even layer. Drizzle with olive oil.
