  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole onion, diced
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 14.5 ounces fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 15.5 ounces chili beans
  • 2 teaspoons Chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Better than Bouillon, Beef Flavored
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Stir in diced onion and minced garlic along with the chipotle powder and chili powder. Add Better than Bouillon and continue cooking until meat is fully cooked.
  3. Mix in crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted tomatoes, salt, and chili beans. Combine well.
  4. Stir in one whole Reese's Peanut Butter Cup until melted into the mixture.
  5. Allow chili to simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes to develop flavor.
