  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 package chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Chocolate chips and peanut butter for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened butter and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream; mix well.
  6. Once cooled, scoop out holes from the base of the cake and pipe in the peanut butter filling.
  7. Invert onto a platter and drizzle with melted chocolate and warm peanut butter before garnishing with chopped candies.
