Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 package chocolate instant pudding
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Chocolate chips and peanut butter for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease bundt pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened butter and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream; mix well.
