Ingredients
- 30 Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- Red and blue gel food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil.
- In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix in melted butter until combined.
- Press crumb mixture evenly into the prepared pan and bake for about 10 minutes; let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour; beat until mixed. Then add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Divide batter into three bowls; leave one plain (white), tint the second red, and the third blue using gel food coloring.
- Spoon dollops of each color over the cooled crust in an alternating pattern. Use a knife to create swirls without overmixing.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set in center; cool on wire rack for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
