Instructions
- Puree the diced peaches, raspberries, and 1 1/4 cups water in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the puree through a sieve into a mixing bowl to separate the liquid from pulp.
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water; heat until the sugar dissolves to make simple syrup.
- In a large pitcher, mix together cold water, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
- Add the cooled simple syrup and strained fruit liquid to the pitcher; stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
