  • 20–25 Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8Ă—8 Pyrex dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding with half the recommended milk, then fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip. Spread over chilled crust and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Top with extra Cool Whip and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
