- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of all-spice
- pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing flour, salt, and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add cold water until dough holds together; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out chilled dough into a circle and fit it into a pie dish.
- Mix pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, salt, and spices in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour filling into the crust and bake for 15 minutes at 425°F (220°C). Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35–40 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
